Terms of Contract (ToC)

Core contractual terms governing Aquil Safety services, deliverables, and responsibilities.

Purpose

These Terms of Contract define how Aquil Safety services are delivered under signed commercial agreements. If there is any conflict between this page and an executed agreement, the executed agreement controls.

Service model

  • Services are provided under negotiated contract scope
  • Deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria are defined per statement of work
  • Aquil Safety does not provide self-serve SaaS access without contract coverage

Responsibilities

Aquil Safety responsibilities

  • Deliver scoped technical services and documentation
  • Maintain agreed support and escalation pathways
  • Communicate operationally significant changes

Client responsibilities

  • Provide required access, dependencies, and stakeholders
  • Maintain lawful use of outputs, alerts, and data
  • Ensure internal response procedures are current and tested

Scope boundaries

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • No guarantee is made for events outside contracted coverage zones
  • No guarantee is made for third-party system uptime or availability
  • Advisory outputs are not a substitute for emergency services

Security and confidentiality

Handling of sensitive information, retention expectations, and confidentiality obligations are governed by the executed agreement and any attached security addenda.
