How to create and manage your Aquil Safety account, including supported authentication methods and data collected during sign-up.
Overview
Access to the Aquil Safety dashboard requires an authorized account. Accounts are provisioned for individuals affiliated with organizations that hold an active Aquil Safety contract.
This page explains how accounts work, what information is collected during sign-up or sign-in, and how to get help with account issues.
Authentication methods
Aquil Safety uses Supabase Authentication to manage accounts securely. The following sign-in methods are supported:
Sign in with Google
You can sign in using your existing Google account. When you choose this option:
- You will be redirected to Google's sign-in page
- After authenticating with Google, we receive your full name, profile picture, and email address from your Google account
- You will be signed in automatically if your email is associated with an authorized account
We do not receive or store your Google account password. Google handles your credentials directly. For details on how Google processes your data, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Email and password
You can also sign in with an email address and password. When using this method:
- Your email address is used as your account identifier
- Your password is hashed by Supabase and never stored in plaintext
- You must use the email address associated with your provisioned account
Account provisioning
Accounts are not self-serve. Access is provisioned by Aquil Safety in coordination with your organization's designated administrator. If you need a new account or have questions about access, contact your organization's Aquil Safety point of contact.
First sign-in
On your first sign-in, you may be prompted to confirm your identity or set up a password if you are using email/password authentication. Follow the instructions provided by your administrator or the on-screen prompts.
Data collected at sign-up and sign-in
The following data is collected or received depending on your chosen authentication method:

Session security
- Sessions expire after a period of inactivity
- Do not share your credentials or session tokens with others
- Always sign out when using a shared or public device
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify your administrator immediately and follow your organization's security incident procedure
Resetting your password
If you use email/password authentication and need to reset your password:
- Navigate to the Aquil Safety dashboard sign-in page
- Select Forgot password
- Enter your registered email address
- Follow the instructions sent to your email
If you do not receive a reset email, check your spam folder or contact your administrator.
Account deactivation
Account deactivation is handled by your organization's administrator or by Aquil Safety upon contract termination. To request deactivation, contact your designated Aquil Safety point of contact.
